Assistant Vice President, Client Services - Property & Casualty

NFP is a leading Insurance Broker and Consultant and five-time Best Places to Work award winner in Business Insurance for 2017-2021 and we're looking for an Assistant Vice President, Client Services to join the team in our Property & Casualty division. This is a hybrid position with working in office 3 days a week and working remotely 2 days a week.
Responsibilities:
Supervise and direct the daily job activities of the Account Management team Lead assigned team with an expectation of service excellence and exceeding client expectations while incorporating NFP Best Practices and Professional Standards Processes Ensure timely and accurate coverage binding and renewals by following NFP company protocols and Procedures Seek out opportunities to improve the NFP Texas, Arkansas and Michigan office practices, products, and client service models; make recommendations to senior management regarding same, and execute on approved plans Provide and/or facilitate ongoing training and mentorship for the team regarding carriers, lines of coverage, underwriting, risk management programs, trends, and best practices. Work with NFP Licensing department and local resources to ensure proper licensing, continuing education, and renewal of licenses for assigned team. Back up Account Executives with client escalations and during absences. Monitor and audit the EPIC system data for the assigned team on a regular basis, to ensure compliance with NFP protocol and best practices. Provide data for the NFP Finance & Accounting department as requested. Monitor Accounts Receivable listing monthly. Knowledge, Skills, and/or Abilities:
Excellent written communication skills - writes clearly; edits work for spelling and grammar; varies writing style to meet needs; presents numerical data effectively; able to read and interpret written information. Self-confident, with the ability to make sound independent decisions Strong leadership and people management skills Education and/or
Experience:
BA/BS preferred More than 10 years' experience in middle-market and large client Property & Casualty insurance, preferably in a brokerage agency At least 2 years' experience in a supervisory role Certificates, Licenses, Registration:
Property & Casualty Broker's License required CPCU or other P&C designation preferred. Who We Are:

Salary Range:
$150K -- $200K
Minimum Qualification

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
