Positions are available in Royal Oak at Holbrook Auto Parts Corporate Headquarters.
Responsibilities ? Answer inbound phone calls from commercial customers ? Help commercial customers identify what parts they need, explaining the benefits of our products ? Help texting messaging to retail customers ? Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction ? In person for the first 30 days, then remote may be possible.
Qualifications ? Must have reliable transportation to and from work ? Must have basic computer skills, be able to type order information Experience ? Basic Computer Skills ? Auto Parts Experience ? Customer/Retail Sales Job Types:
