Education and / or Experience Four-year college degree in construction related field or a minimum of three years of construction experience.
Field experience preferred by not required.
Procore experience preferred by not required.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities Percentage of Time 1.
Business Development 10% Understands client's needs and addresses them during project Projects positive image of oneself and Ronnisch Construction Group Manages client expectations and project goals.
Creates Raving Fans and repeat work Establishes personal relationship with customers 2.
Project Management 60% Manages project financial goals, IOR, projections & fees Manages resources and staff to best utilize personnel Awards subcontracts in a timely manner Tracks project schedules, timeline and assure on time delivery Identified issues (financial, time, quality, safety) and solves issues Project completed, closed out and signed off in a timely manner 3.
Estimating 10% Projects project costs and tracks budgeting Manages project scope during development phase Documents NTX pricing and scope for contract 4.
Architectural/Engineering 10% Develops drawing based on client's needs and determine scope of project Develop permit drawings in a timely matter 5.
Field Support 10% Communicates with the Superintendent on field issues Fills in on site if required Job Type:
Full-time Pay:
$65,000.
