We currently have stores in Royal Oak, West Bloomfield, and Bloomfield Hills and are ever growing! We curate our selection of top toys based on play value which is the value a toy has to a child's development.
We are looking for a fun, energetic Store Associate to help us educate our customers while selling them products we truly believe in.
Responsibilities:
Greeting customers energetically and enthusiastically Offer suggestions with excellent and diverse product knowledge while answering any questions customers may have Keep store, checkout, backroom storage areas tidy and organized Regularly refill merchandise from backroom storage Accurately perform all necessary functions of the POS system including opening and closing the register Processes transactions quickly and efficiently Accepting, unpacking, receiving, merchandising and shipping inventory Assume responsibility for projects and tasks as they occur REQUIREMENTS:
Great communication skills Good computer skills Willing to learn products thoroughly and sell with confidence Desire to work with people in a high-paced retail environment Must have open availability on weekdays and all weekends, holidays and some night events The ability to stand and walk for extended periods of time Flexibility in rotating to other locations At Toyology Toys, we pride ourselves on our wealth of knowledge in fun and educational tools, toys and games and our eagerness to help each and every customer find exactly what they are looking for.
