Updated and maintain current daily and emergency tenant contact lists and tenant information manuals.
Receive tenant service requests, inquiries, suggestions, etc.
via IMPAK work order system, and coordinate resolutions with building staff and/or 3rd party vendors, involving property manager as needed.
Execute accurate billing of tenant work orders for billable services.
Coordinate with tenants and third parties as pertains to maintenance and facility needs (i.
e.
annual inspections, maintenance work, etc.
) Review and code invoices daily utilizing AVID.
Prepare monthly AR reports for active tenants (i.
e.
aged delinquencies, late letters & 7-day/default notices).
Prepare lease summaries.
Perform special projects and other duties as assigned by Property Manager.
Experience:
Exceptional customer service skills Working knowledge of Internet and Internet Searching Techniques Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) Ability to multi-task and quickly adapt to change Ability to prioritize workload with an attention to detail and willingness to complete projects in a timely and efficient manner This is a great opportunity for someone who is detail-oriented, organized, and enjoys providing administrative support.
