The ideal candidate will be committed to making sure all administrative and clerical tasks are completed promptly and professionally.
An Office Assistant with experience will have an eye toward detail, will have experience working in a fast-paced environment, and will have strong communication skills.
Responsibilities:
Respond to incoming calls and emails in a timely way.
Respond to customer service requests.
Answer the phone professionally.
Adhere to customer service standards.
Answer questions regarding company policies and services.
Be proactive about identifying new sources of business.
Write emails in a professional tone.
