Our company provide a variety of different cleanings - Move in/Out Cleanings, Post Construction Cleanings, Some Occupied Home Cleanings but our specialty is Airbnb & Vacation Rental Cleanings.
Our growing cleaning company clean some of the most beautiful Airbnb's throughout the Metro Detroit area.
We need great people like you to help us continue to beautify these homes - with putting your stamp of cleanliness & presentation in these homes.
In order to keep the value we offer & quality of work top notch, we need a Quality Control Cleaner.
Quality Control Cleaner must be reliable, dependable & have their own transportation, as the primary duty of this position is to ensure cleanings at properties have been done correctly per our cleaning checklist, the presentation for each Airbnb/VR is neat & presentable, check & maintain inventory counts and rectify & document any cleaning issues that the cleaner missed.
There may be times you will need to fill in & clean an airbnb; and those duties will mainly include:
Cleaning the property Laundry (washing, drying, folding) Making Beds & Setting out Bath Linen Resetting the property for next guest to check in Restocking (toilet paper, paper towels, etc.
) Mandatory Checklist to be completed There are other duties, but these are the main ones.
Check out is 11am & Check in is typically 4pm.
These would be the specialist hours; 11am - 4pm for the actual Cleaners.
The Quality Control Cleaner hours will vary between 10am - 5pm.
We service Wayne County, Oakland County & some small parts of Macomb County.
You do not have to have your own transportation, BUT it is your responsibility to be able to get to and from the cleaning locations on time & with cleaning supplies.
(We provide cleaning supplies).
Pay starts at $17.
00/hr.
You will have you own company phone line.
This is a 1099 position & paid weekly.
We pay via Venmo, Zelle or Cash App.
We have a mileage reimbursement in place for this position.
Experience is not necessary, BUT you MUST be willing to learn.
This position could lead to an Assistant Position.
