Summary:
The District Manager (DM) position is responsible for ensuring that our Field Quality Representatives have the leadership and resources they need to succeedThis position manages our Field Quality Representatives and holds them accountable to ensure our services are being delivered consistently and according to our established processesThis role is also responsible for ensuring we maintain a scalable, engaged, and efficient workforceThe DM will assist in problem solving on-site; providing training and development, in addition to coverage for absences within their assigned district on an as-needed basisEssential Duties &
Responsibilities:
Establish, measure, and report key performance indicators (KPIs) that monitor operational performance including in person L10 meetings Ensure core department processes are followed, and identify opportunities for improvement Champion the training and professional development of Field Quality Representatives Assist in the development of training materials for Field Quality Representatives Assist with the resolution of employee concerns; mediate employee concerns as needed Manage workload and capacity of Field Quality Representatives Provide on-site training for Field Quality Representatives as needed Provide temporary coverage for Field Quality Representatives as needed Ensure staffing resources and team capacity align with Sales forecasts On-boarding for new Field Quality Representatives Responsible for the enforcement of all Company policies and procedures within the department Responsible for maintaining the engagement of all department team members in the district assigned Serves as a role model in displaying initiative and assertiveness with positive problem-solving techniques and willingly performs non-assigned duties as needed District Managers are expected to consistently & effectively manage their own time, projects, and priorities, and exhibit self-sufficient problem-solving skills within and outside of their assigned functionManagers & specialists are expected to operate independently and autonomously, requiring minimal supervision Travel as required Other duties as assigned Proactive Responsibilities and Duties:
Complete audits and site visits of Field Quality Representatives including Reporting and Communication with customers Monitor KPIs of Field Quality Representatives Assist and Mentor Field Quality Representatives as required Supervisory Duties:

Experience:
Required:
4-year degree -OR- 2-year degree with 5 years job-related experience 5-10 years of experience leading and managing multiple direct reports Automotive experience preferred Competencies:

Valid driver's license and passport Physical Demands and Working Conditions:
Ability to sit for an extended periodAble to be mobile throughout Team Quality Services facilities and customer locations Ability to work with and around others, up to 2/3 of the work period Ability to lift or push a minimum of 20 pounds Dexterity of hands and fingers to operate a scanner, computer keyboard, mouse, and other computer components and software Occasional participation in events outside of regular office hours may be necessary that may include attendance at community meetings and events Travel to TQS customer or service locations may be required Candidate must comply with all customer and service location requirements, including, but not limited to, vaccination statusEmployment for this position is contingent on the candidate obtaining and maintaining all customer and service location requirements, which may be subject to change at any timeRequired Knowledge, Skills, abilities:

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
