Experience:
12 months of role experience is required.
Requirements:
Travel and Local candidates are eligible to apply for this role.
COVID vaccination required for onboarding.
Religious and medical declinations accepted.
Flu vaccination required for onboarding.
Religious, medical, and personal declinations accepted.
Pre-employment modules may be required for this role.

ARRT (R) certified.
Every other Weekend as needed.
36 Guaranteed Hours.
Operation Room experience preferred.
Online Modules will be required to be completed before start.
BLS must be AHA.
