We are seeking a skilled Sandwich Maker to join our team.
As a Sandwich Maker, you will be responsible for preparing and assembling delicious sandwiches for our customers.
This is an exciting opportunity to showcase your culinary skills and provide excellent customer service in a fast-paced food industry environment.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and assemble sandwiches according to customer preferences and specific orders - Ensure all ingredients are fresh, properly portioned, and meet quality standards - Follow food safety guidelines and maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the food preparation area - Operate cash register and handle cash transactions accurately - Provide friendly and efficient customer service, addressing any questions or concerns - Maintain inventory of ingredients and notify management when supplies need to be replenished - Assist with general cleaning duties, including sweeping, mopping, and washing dishes
Experience:
- Previous experience in the food industry, particularly in sandwich making or similar roles, is preferred but not required - Familiarity with food safety regulations and procedures - Proficiency in operating cash registers or POS systems (experience with Aloha POS is a plus) - Basic math skills for retail transactions - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail - Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively We offer competitive pay rates and opportunities for growth within our organization.
