We are currently seeking a Janitor to join our team.
As a Janitor, you will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and orderliness in our facilities.
This is a vital role in ensuring a safe and pleasant environment for our employees and visitors.
Responsibilities:
- Perform general cleaning tasks, including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and vacuuming - Clean and sanitize restrooms, break rooms, and other common areas - Empty trash receptacles and replace liners - Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and notify supervisor when supplies need to be replenished - Follow proper procedures for handling and disposing of hazardous materials - Perform floor care duties such as buffing, waxing, and polishing floors - Clean windows, glass surfaces, and mirrors - Assist with setting up rooms for meetings or events as needed - Adhere to all safety guidelines and protocols
Experience:
- Previous experience in commercial or industrial cleaning preferred - Knowledge of proper cleaning techniques and use of cleaning equipment - Ability to work independently with minimal supervision - Strong attention to detail and organizational skills - Excellent time management skills to ensure tasks are completed efficiently Note:
