Lumen Legal is seeking an Account Executive to represent Lumen Legal for all aspects of identifying customers, qualifying and closing business. The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of experience, demonstrated direct sales skills at senior levels working in a similar business development capacity ideally with a legal background or equivalent in a staffing or corporate setting. The successful candidate will be a strategic thinker and bring strong attention to detail, communication skills, E-Discovery experience as well as the ability to work in a team-based fast-paced environment. J.D. is preferred.
The Account Executive will meet and exceed sales objectives by acquiring new enterprise accounts. Incumbent will call on top levels of organizations to build relationships, sell services and gain new business through systematic prospecting, cold-calling, networking and generating leads and referrals. The Account Executive will identify customer needs and utilize solution-based selling techniques to fully demonstrate the value of company services.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
