Sports team as long term Part-Time Seasonal Photographers.
From our office located inBerea, OH,we service an area coveringNortheastern, OH.
Must be able to work part-time most weekends and some weeknights, with a reliable vehicle and access to email and the internet. No prior photography experience required - paid training and equipment provided! If you have prior experience, we would also love to talk to you - we are always trying to find people with that great eye for photography!
Job Responsibilities
In this role, you will photograph youth sports (teams and individuals) on a seasonal basis while working in a wide variety of outdoor/indoor settings and weather conditions. You will capture high-quality images through a variety of photography techniques and will ensure a great customer experience with an adaptable, can do attitude.
Capture quality photographs of each child through good smiles, great expressions, proper posing, sharp focus, and proper lighting.
Provide on-site troubleshooting and remain on schedule while maintaining a positive and professional attitude.
Provide exceptional service to kids, parents, coaches, league contacts and other customers.
Set-up and break-down photography stations and provide accurate documentation of event paperwork.
Work both independently and as part of a broader team to achieve a high level of effectiveness.
Assist the Customer Service Specialists/Administrators by answering customer questions, completing forms, and organizing groups for photos.

Education &
Experience: High School diploma or equivalent required, 1
years of prior work experience strongly preferred
Ability to work weekends (some weekday early evening work may also be available)
Valid driver's license as well as reliable, insured and registered transportation
Consistent access to email and internet
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively with kids of all ages
Professional demeanor with strong customer service and problem-solving skills
Flexible with the ability to adapt to a wide variety of settings, weather conditions and situations
Ability to stand for prolonged periods of time and lift up to 25 lbs.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Ability to work both independently and in a team environment
Knowledge of, or desire to learn about, digital portrait photography
Ability to complete 16 hour paid training which consists of home, classroom and on-the-job study
Proven track record of reliability and punctuality
