The primary role of this position is the overall management and growth of the Kmart Smart Plan Program. This includes but it not limited to monitoring and enhancing Smart Plan performance, P&L, program development, reporting, communications, compliance, enhancements, marketing, rollouts, and training. This individual works directly with corporate business partners and field leadership to build Smart Plan focus, performance results, and program enhancements. This position will team up with Sears Warranty Services team on program administration and customer service and Smart Plan's Business Development Managers on field initiatives and training. The environment is fast paced, collaborative, results oriented, and innovative.
