Clinical Nurse II
$5000.00 SIGN ON BONUS AVAILABLE FOR EXTERNAL OR RNS MEETING OR REQUIREMENTS AND 2 YEARS RN EXPERIENCE.
The Clinical Nurse utilizes the nursing process with depth and understanding. Communicates patient outcomes & changes to multidisciplinary team members. Delegates assignments /task with appropriate follow-up. Contributes to achievement of unit objectives. Develops teaching strategies for patient/family.
Serves as a mentor/resource for members of the health care team. Maintains current knowledge in area of clinical practice.
Requires graduation from an accredited School of Nursing, current Michigan Registered Nurse license. BLS from the American Heart Association Healthcare Provider certification , and other certifications as required by department. Responsible for providing direct patient care, circulating and/or scrubbing duties for the perioperative patient. Ability to establish and revise patient care priorities based on complex problems.
NN 7 pay grade non exempt status
Must have previous, and/or recent OR RN experience
