Description:
The Clinical Nurse II utilizes the nursing process with great depth and understanding in the assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation of nursing care from the time of consultation through treatment completion and survivorship. This includes direct patient care activities and facilitating the use of hospital and community resources. Strong patient advocate.
Requirements:
Two or more years of experience as a Registered nurse. BSN preferred. Active, valid, unrestricted Michigan registered nurse license required prior to expiration date of previous license. BLS Card through American Heart Association required. OCN preferred. Minimum one year experience in oncology nursing preferred.
