Walking distance to Downtown Royal Oak. I bought the property for my mom who passed. I widened the entry to the hallway to the bedrooms. Put up designer light coverings in each bedroom. I bought new 2 inch wooden window blinds throughout. There is a new dishwasher and stackable washer/dryer. New paint throughout. Floors have just been sanded and stained. Very clean. There is a 60 inch tv mounted to the wall in the living room with an electric recliner that reclines fully to a bed or will stand you up as well. There is also a tv wall mount in the middle bedroom. There is also a new mattress on frame if you want as well. All these items can be removed if wanted.
